Torii Sauce is carefully crafted using fresh domestic vegetables, simmered at low temperatures to bring out their natural sweetness. We blend our own house-brewed vinegar and caramelized sugar, both made in-house for exceptional depth and balance.

What makes it truly unique is the rich umami of kombu and katsuobushi dashi, combined with a proprietary blend of nine whole spices. These are slowly infused using Japans only double-stage wooden barrel aging method, creating a mellow, layered flavor that complements everything from cutlets to stir-fries.

Free from additives or chemical seasonings, this sauce is gentle on the body yet bold in taste. Even those who normally prefer soy sauce are surprised by how naturally it pairs with their meals.
