Melissa\’s Dried Shiitake Mushrooms are superb when used in soups and sauce bases. Once rehydrated, Melissa\’s Dried Shiitake Mushrooms can be served as a main course or appetizer and will add flavor and texture to sauces, meatless main dishes and stir-fries.

Melissa\’s Shiitake Mushrooms are hand selected for excellent quality. Store in a cool, dry place.

To reconstitute, blanch in boiling water for 2 5 minutes or soak 30 minutes in lukewarm water, wine or consomm. If desired, reserve liquid to add flavor to dishes.
