These small to medium sized, smoky grey pearls are firm in texture, with a nutty, mild velvety flavor that will satisfy both sophisticated caviar palates and caviar novices alike. Reminiscent in flavor to Osetra from the Caspian Sea, Hackleback is the only commercially fished American sturgeon and is the very last of the true wild caviar in the United States. One of our most popular caviars. 7 oz. tin, serves 8-10.

Wild caught, product of USA. For suggested caviar serving sizes, please refer to our Caviar Serving Size Chart.
